Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (Digital Media)

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop a sales system that can be implemented across multiple industries to generate revenue at scale
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Prospect and secure deals with different brands and institutions
  • Meet projected sales goal on a quarterly basis (expected first year revenue $3M-5M)
  • Establish and maintain great working relations with sponsors and partner brands

Requirements:

  • Successful proven track record and experience in media sales or brand partnerships
  • Residency in South Korea (preferred) or the US
  • Intimate familiarity with global news media and advertising industry (bonus if you have some understanding of CSR funding, finance sector (e.g. equity/market research), or AI machine learning and data sales industry  
  • A proven hustle or founder mindset to create new market opportunities and close deals
  • Superb communications and persuasion skills

The company was founded by Stephen Park, a former lawyer and Kei Ibaraki, a former architect. Both coming from a multicultural background, the two founders have walked away from their stable jobs to pursue this mission as their life purpose.
